We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. UK deliveries are fulfilled using Royal Mail and Evri. At checkout you can choose your preferred carrier and service. Delivery times, costs, and options depend on your location and the option you select.
Where available at checkout, we may offer Royal Mail Tracked, Tracked 24/48, Evri, or other options. Delivery timeframes for these services are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.
Free UK delivery may apply on orders over a threshold (for example, orders over £50). The threshold and eligibility are shown at checkout. Orders below the threshold will incur a delivery charge as displayed before you pay.
We ship to a number of countries outside the UK. International services may be sent via Royal Mail International or other international carriers. Delivery times vary by destination and can be longer than UK delivery. You are responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. We do not control these charges and cannot advise on exact amounts.
Some countries may restrict or prohibit the import of food products. It is your responsibility to check your local laws before ordering. We are not liable if your order is refused or delayed by customs or local authorities.
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on the website. Dispatch times are not guaranteed and may be affected by stock availability, public holidays, or exceptional circumstances. We will notify you if we expect a significant delay.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking or reference number (where the service supports it). Use this to follow your delivery. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in carrier tracking systems.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, your unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, you may be liable for additional redelivery or return costs. If a parcel is reported lost by the carrier, we will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy. Claims may be subject to carrier investigation times.
Risk of damage or loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us, or (if applicable) when they are collected from a designated point. Ownership of the goods passes to you when we receive full payment and the goods are dispatched.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by delay in delivery, except where we have failed to deliver at all and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (or equivalent) applies. For international orders, local regulations and customs are your responsibility.
