  • All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed, except for Special Delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, we do not accept returns. However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:
✔️ You receive an incorrect or damaged order (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
✔️ Your order is lost in transit (after 10 working days).

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days once approved.


6. Allergies & Ingredients Disclaimer

  • We sell a variety of sweets, some of which may contain nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, and other allergens.
  • Ingredients are listed on product packaging and/or the website.
