Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Options & Timeframes
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries within the UK. Available shipping options:
- Royal Mail 1st Class: Estimated 1-2 working days (not guaranteed).
- Royal Mail 2nd Class: Estimated 2-4 working days (not guaranteed).
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Estimated next working day with tracking.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: Estimated 2-3 working days with tracking.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery: Guaranteed next working day by 1 PM (excluding Sundays).
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed unless using Special Delivery.
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2 PM (GMT) are processed and dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday).
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount.
Delivery Delays
While we strive for prompt delivery, delays can occur due to external factors like strikes, extreme weather, or high seasonal demand. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the UK. International shipping may be available in the future.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, contact us for tracking or a replacement.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
